"OP Studios," "the Studio," "we," "us," or "our" refers to OP Studios, headquartered in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. "Platform" refers to the OP Studios website at www.opstudios.net. "Creator" or "User" or "you" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform. "UEFN" refers to Unreal Editor for Fortnite, operated by Epic Games, Inc., an entity entirely independent of OP Studios. "Content" refers to any map, island, game mode, asset, code, or material submitted by a Creator.
2.1 By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you: (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (iii) are not prohibited by applicable law from using OP Studios services; and (iv) will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 OP Studios reserves the unilateral right to refuse, terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice and without liability, to any person or entity.
3.1 OP Studios expressly and unequivocally disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to any guarantee regarding player count, concurrent user figures, revenue generation, map ranking, or discovery algorithm placement.
OP Studios operates within the UEFN and Epic Games ecosystem as a publishing and marketing service provider. OP Studios has no ownership interest in, operational control over, or affiliation with Epic Games, Inc. OP Studios expressly disclaims all liability for any map ban, delisting, or platform changes by Epic Games.
Each Creator irrevocably agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OP Studios from any third-party intellectual property claim or breach of Creator obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of OP Studios shall not exceed JPY 10,000.

OP Studios collects: Full Name or Creator Alias, Email Address, Discord Username, Game Performance Statistics, and IP Address/Technical Metadata.
Processing is conducted under contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / APPI Art. 18).
Data may be shared with advertising platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads) for project promotion, under data processing agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data subjects have rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, and Objection. Submit requests to hello@opstudios.net. EU residents may contact their national supervisory authority.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Japan and applicable provisions of the GDPR. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Strategic Publishing & Operational Partnership Contract · Effective: April 15, 2026
THE STUDIO: OP Studios, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
THE CREATOR: The individual, team, or legal entity accepted into the OP Studios Partner Programme.
The Creator grants to OP Studios an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence to market, promote, advertise, and distribute the Project, manage its UEFN presence, collect revenues, sublicense rights, and create derivative promotional works.
The Creator bears sole responsibility for all post-launch maintenance, bug fixes, and Epic Games platform compatibility.
Trigger Events include: 14+ days of unresponsiveness, failure to deliver technical updates, reputational harm, insolvency, or material breach.
Revenue percentages are stipulated in the applicable Revenue Share Schedule. OP Studios financial records are final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of payment.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kawasaki City or the Tokyo District Court, at OP Studios election.
